|We came to a stop. It was a
scheduled stop, but the conductor announced that they had a problem.
There had been a storm the night before (which we knew) and it had
caused a rock slide onto the tracks so we had to wait for them to
clear the tracks ahead.
||So we got out from the train and
looked up and down to see the train stopped in the wilderness at the
point of no return. Our car was the last yellow car on the right. The
red cars on the left were the higher priced seats - even though one of
the cars did not have any windows.

||and getting back onto the train,
we received some more news.
Apparently, the rocks had broken the tracks and they had to be replaced. The conductor said they had sent to Japan for replacements and they should be here in about 8 hours.
